This clinic is for patients who do not have a family physician.
A nurse practitioner:
- provides primary health care;
- assesses health;
- makes diagnoses;
- manages illnesses and health problems (common and/or chronic);
- promotes health, including disease prevention.
This service is offered at the Enfant-Jésus RHSJ† Hospital and the Saint-Isidore Community Health Centre.
