This change is due to a critical shortage of nursing staff.
During this period, anyone who needs emergency medical care must go to another hospital. All ambulances will be rerouted to other hospitals. If you have a medical emergency, you must go to the ER of the nearest hospital or call 9-1-1.
The Network asks people whose health condition is not critical to make an appointment with their family doctor or nurse practitioner, consult their community pharmacist, go to a walk-in clinic, call Tele-Care (811) or go online to eVisitNB (www.evisitnb.ca).
The Network thanks the public for their kind cooperation.
