Important Reminder: No Emergency Services at Lamèque Hospital and Community Health Centre

Vitalité Health Network, Wednesday, September 4, 2024 - Vitalité Health Network wishes to remind the public that the Lamèque Hospital and Community Health Centre does not have an Emergency Department.

What to do in case of an emergency?
1. Call 9-1-1 for immediate assistance.
2. Go to the nearest Emergency Department:
         o Tracadie Hospital
         o Enfant-Jésus RHSJꝉ Hospital (Caraquet)
         o Chaleur Regional Hospital (Bathurst)

The Emergency Departments of these hospitals are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure prompt patient care.
