Destination Restigouche: an immersion program to attract the next generation of health professionals

The Destination Restigouche event, co-organized with the Consortium national de formation en santé (CNFS), gave future health professionals the opportunity to discover Vitalité Health Network’s practice environments and learn more about career and lifestyle opportunities in the Restigouche region.

A total of 69 students from CCNB and the Université de Moncton, representing nine different programs of study, took part in visits to the Campbellton Regional Hospital and the Restigouche Hospital Centre, as well as a tour of the region. The Restigouche Regional Service Commission joined the initiative to showcase the region's assets.
