HR and employee experience: a more agile, leadership-focused approach
During the last quarter, Human Resources continued its transformation by launching a new HR dashboard and a refreshed approach focused on proximity, agility and informed decision-making.
HR business partners now play a fully integrated role within their internal clients' teams. This new dynamic promotes a deeper understanding of realities on the ground, and enables us to provide strategic support that is even more closely aligned with organizational needs.
Evolution of the HR dashboard and new growth mindset within the team
The new HR dashboard, designed as a governance and steering tool, empowers both management and the HR team to define and adjust their strategies, particularly in recruitment and retention. It also serves as a key decision-making tool for the Leadership Team, offering a consolidated view of priority indicators and enabling informed, coherent decisions aligned with organizational objectives. In the coming weeks, managers will also gain access to this tool, enhancing their ability to track their indicators in real time and act more rapidly.
As a true strategic compass, this dashboard strengthens our collective ability to act proactively, enhance the employee experience and sustain organizational performance.
Leadership support for managers
The Network recently launched a leadership support strategy for managers. This initiative "by, for and with" managers aims to give them the tools they need to build strong, motivated teams focused on excellence in care.
Since September, a platform has enabled managers to exchange ideas, learn about available training courses, and access various tools and resources.
Five training sessions on topics identified as priorities during the spring 2025 consultations have already attracted nearly 600 participants.
The strategy team is continuing to develop a universal training program that will meet the specific needs of Network managers, while drawing on best practices in leadership in the health sector.
