Results of the employee experience survey

The results of the most recent quarterly survey on employee experience are encouraging.

86% of respondents would recommend Vitalité Health Network as an employer, compared to 81% last spring.

However, more work is needed to improve recognition in the workplace. This received a score of 6.5 out of 10, compared to 6.34 in the previous survey. This result underscores the importance of continuing efforts to better recognize and value the contributions of our teams.

Our staff and physicians are the driving force behind the Network. That is why their well-being and commitment remain at the heart of our priorities. We are continuing our efforts to create a healthy, safe, and engaging work environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported, while strengthening our health, safety, and workplace wellness practices.

The survey serves as an important tool for measuring changes in engagement, assessing the impact of initiatives, and identifying priorities for improvement. This time, the participation rate rose from 19.1% to 40%, providing a much more accurate picture of the experience within the Network.
