Vitalité Health Network honoured for newcomer integration

Vitalité Health Network received the Employer of the Year Award for the integration of newcomers in the Chaleur region, presented at the first-ever Chaleur Welcoming Francophone Community Recognition Evening. This distinction underscores the Network's commitment to offering an inclusive, welcoming and respectful workplace, where talent from here and abroad can thrive.

The Network is supported by a team of immigration advisors who accompany newcomers even before they settle in the region. As soon as their selection is confirmed, these professionals provide them personalized remote support to facilitate their professional, personal and community integration.

This support includes, among other things, information on finding accommodation, accessing childcare services, cultural adaptation, social integration, as well as the organization's protocols and practices. As a result, new employees feel more at ease when settling in while the Network is better prepared for their arrival, supporting a smooth, lasting integration from the very first weeks.
