A digital tool to support families during pregnancy and after birth

Vitalité Health Network now offers pregnant women access to the SeamlessMD platform, which supports them throughout pregnancy and after childbirth.

Accessible by phone, tablet or computer, this digital tool provides reliable information and practical advice on preparing for childbirth, recovering at home, and staying on track with appointments through reminders.

SeamlessMD can also be used to monitor the progression of symptoms. If a problem is detected, an alert is sent to care teams for rapid intervention.

This initiative helps to better inform and support patients while improving clinical follow-up and perinatal care education.
