Ophthalmology services return to the Campbellton Regional Hospital

Vitalité Health Network has restored ophthalmology services at the Campbellton Regional Hospital. Since the beginning of October, an outpatient ophthalmology clinic has been offered there every Friday, giving the people of Restigouche access to specialized care in their region.

In partnership with Dr. Robert Javidi's clinic, a team of six ophthalmologists provides diagnostic and follow-up examinations, as well as a range of routine medical treatments.

Result
The clinic is expected to serve around 3,000 patients a year.
