In the Electrocardiography Department, a cardiology technologist supported by cardiologists at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre provides attending physicians with accurate information on patients’ heart health.
The cardiology technologist:
- Does standard electrocardiograms;
- Fits the Holter monitor;
- Fits the blood pressure monitor.
Internally, the service is provided to patients referred by a physician or nurse practitioner.
External patients can call the hospital directly to ask for an appointment.
Hours of operation: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
