Visits suspended on the 4 West Unit at Chaleur Regional Chaleur

Bathurst, September 13, 2023 – Vitalité Health Network would like to inform the public that visits are temporarily suspended on the Extended Care Unit (4^th West) at Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst.

General visits are suspended but designated support persons are still permitted to be present.

This preventive measure was taken in response to a COVID-19 outbreak within the unit. This ban on visits will remain in place until further notice.

The Network apologizes for any inconvenience this situation may cause.
