Visits suspended on the Oncology Unit (4D) at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre

Moncton, Tuesday, November 14, 2023 – Vitalité Health Network would like to inform the public that visits are temporarily suspended on the Oncology Unit at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, in Moncton.

General visits are suspended but designated support persons are still permitted to be present.

This preventive measure was taken in response to a C. difficile outbreak within the unit. This ban on visits will remain in place until further notice.

The Network apologizes for any inconvenience this situation may cause.
