Visiting hours

The family/care partner must be welcomed as an essential member of the health care team and a full member of the care process at all times (24 hours a day), based on the patient’s preference and in collaboration with the care team.

Children under 14 may visit a patient if they are acompanied by an adult other than the patient.

The rest hours set are from 21:00 to 06:00 and they are changed depending on the patients’ needs. The care partner is invited to remain at the patient’s bedside while respecting rest periods. The staff provides a quiet environment that is conducive to recovery.
