Vitalité Health Network is supported by ten foundations whose substantial contributions fund a number of the network’s initiatives and projects. The close and favoured ties linking our foundations to our facilities and programs help to improve the health and well-being of our region’s residents.

Acadie-Bathurst
The mission of the Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation is to raise funds, strengthen ties, and promote the important role of the Chaleur Regional Hospital in the community.
The Foundation invests locally 100% of the contributions it receives from the community to make health care services more accessible to the people of the region. Since it was founded in 1990, the Foundation has raised over $10 million, helping to make the Chaleur Regional Hospital the referral centre for northeastern New Brunswick.
The Foundation cannot exist without community support. Thanks to the generosity of the public, the Foundation can make an essential financial contribution toward the acquisition of important equipment that allows our professionals to provide patients with better health care services close to home.

La Fondation de l’Hôpital de Lamèque Inc. was established in 1987.
Mission
Its mission is to represent the community and raise funds to maintain and improve the quality of health care services provided by the Lamèque Hospital and Community Health Centre.
The Foundation is active throughout the year and has developed the following programs to make donating easier:
- Annual Campaign;
- Special events;
- Pledges;
- Planned giving;
- In Memoriam gifts;
- Bursary Fund.

The Fondation Hôpital de l’Enfant-Jésus Inc. 1988 was created in 1988. Its mission is to raise funds to improve the health care services offered by the Enfant-Jésus RHSJ† Hospital and help create a sense of ownership toward the facility in their community.
The Foundation is active throughout the year and has developed the following programs to make donating easier:

- Pledges;
- Planned giving;
- In Memoriam gifts;
- Bursary Fund.
The Fondation Les amis de l’Hôpital de Tracadie Inc. is a registered charity. Its purpose is to raise funds to support the initiatives of the Tracadie Hospital designed to improve the quality of health care services provided.
Several donation programs are available:
- In Memoriam donations;
- Staff bursary fund;
- Medical student bursary fund;
- Planned giving;
- Pledges;
- Annual campaigns;
- Special events.

Established in 2009, Les Ami.e.s de l’Hôpital Stella-Maris-de-Kent foundation is working in partnership with the CHU Dumont Foundation.
Mission
The mission of Les Ami.e.s de l’Hôpital Stella-Maris-de-Kent foundation is to carry out activities to enhance community support to the hospital and its services while raising money to develop programs and purchase equipment for the facility.
Purpose
Les Ami.e.s de l’Hôpital Stella-Maris-de-Kent foundation contributes to improving and developing services provided at the hospital and is committed to forming a partnership to promote a sense of belonging with the three different cultures in the rural community. All this is done based on the values of the Catholic Health Association of New Brunswick, i.e. respect for human life, compassion, hope, concern for people in need, and justice.

Founded in 1990, the Fondation Dr Romaric Boulay Inc. of the Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Joseph de Saint-Quentin is a non-profit organization whose mission is to raise funds toward the purchase of equipment in order to promote and support health care services and patients’ comfort.
The Board of Directors is made up of nine members:

Established in 1994, the Edmundston Regional Hospital Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to raise and amass donations, bequests, or other financial contributions and to manage these in the best interests of the local population so the quality of the health care services provided to patients can be optimized. The Foundation’s vision is to support the health care services provided by our regional hospital and to improve patients’ wellness.
The ERH Foundation’s Board of Directors is made up of 12 members and plays a key role within the Foundation. The Board protects the organization’s interests by ensuring that the funds raised are invested appropriately for the community’s wellness.
Since 1994, the Foundation has funded 275 projects for the hospital with a total value of $4.2 million.
The staff of the ERH Foundation are happy to welcome you to their office located on the first floor of the Edmundston Regional Hospital.

Did you know? The Foundation of the Friends of the Grand Falls General Hospital is paying television services for all patients in the facility.

Mission
The Friends of Healthcare Foundation is dedicated to raising funds to maintain and improve services offered to enhance patient care and thereby enable the Campbellton Regional Hospital, Restigouche Hospital Centre and its associated services, and the Jacquet River and Dalhousie health centres to better serve the community at large.
