Board of Directors Meetings
The Board of Directors meets at least four times a year and meetings are open to the public. The dates, times, and locations of the meetings are announced in advance in the media and on the Network’s website.
Would you like to ask a question at a Board of Directors meeting?
Each public session of the Board of Directors is followed by a 30-minute period for comments from the public. If you have a question for Board members, we encourage you to use one of the following ways:
- Email your question to info@vitalitenb.ca in advance of the meeting;
- Physically present participants will have the opportunity to ask questions during the public dialogue period;
- Virtual meeting participants will be able to use the chat feature during the public dialogue period.
