Dear health partners,

In this time of celebration, we would like to take a moment to look back on a year rich in successes and fruitful collaborative efforts within Vitalité Health Network. I would also like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude for the essential role you have played on our path together.

Your support in the many improvements we have made in some strategic areas, including in primary health care access and in hospital performance, is greatly appreciated. It’s your ongoing collaboration that allows us to continue advancing and strengthening our commitment to the health and wellness of our communities.
