Partial Resumption of Services at Lamèque Hospital and Community Health Center
Vitalité Health Network, Wednesday, June 19, 2024 – Services are partially resuming at the Lamèque Hospital and Community Health Center, which was affected by significant water damage.
Due to the work required, phlebotomy services (blood tests) are suspended until Friday, June 28 inclusively. Patients with an appointment will be contacted, while patients without an appointment can go to the Hôpital de Tracadie or the Hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus RHSJ† in Caraquet.
Additionally, the following changes are made to the walk-in clinic schedule:
- Closed on Thursday, June 20, and Friday, June 21.
- Open on Saturday and Sunday, June 22 and 23, during regular hours, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Closed from Monday, June 24, to Friday, June 28 inclusively.
For any emergency situation, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency service, either in Caraquet or Tracadie.
