Visits suspended on the General Medicine and Step-Down Unit at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre

Moncton, Wednesday, July 6, 2022 – Vitalité Health Network would like to inform the public that visits are temporarily suspended on the General Medicine and Step-Down Unit at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre.

This is due to the presence of Vancomycin-resistant Enterococci (VRE) in patients on that unit. This ban on visits will remain in place until further notice.

The Network apologizes for any inconvenience this situation may cause.
