New online service for scheduling X-ray appointments

Patients in the Northwest Zone can now easily book their own general radiography (X‑ray) appointments using an online platform accessible by computer, tablet or cellphone.

This service, first implemented at hospitals in Grand Falls, Saint-Quentin and Edmundston, allows patients to select appointment dates and times that fit their availability. It will be gradually deployed in the other Network zones.

This new tool helps patients better manage their care while improving access to services and helping reduce missed appointments.
