Patrick Parent is a veteran of organizational transformation and strategy. Over the past 27 years, he has served as an executive, including roles as president and CEO in various public and private organizations across multiple sectors in Canada and the United States.
In his role as deputy president and CEO, he supports the Network in its journey toward systemic change and transformation, including the planning approach, the new primary healthcare model, and the modernization of the mental health approach.
Mr. Parent holds an MBA from McGill University and HEC Montréal.
