We take every complaint seriously, as it provides us with the opportunity to improve our services. How to proceed:
- Start by talking to a member of your health care team (doctor, nurse, physiotherapist, clinical manager). In most cases, this simple step is enough to resolve the situation.
- If you are not satisfied with the response you received, or if you wish to file a complaint, please contact the Quality and Patient Safety Department by phone, email, or in writing.
An advisor will listen to your concerns and explain the process for managing complaints. Our process is open and transparent, and we will keep you updated on the progress of your complaint.
