Temporary Closure of the Public Health Offices in Edmundston and Phlebotomy Service in Dalhousie

Monday, December 29, 2025 - Vitalité Health Network informs the public of the following temporary closures:

• The Public Health offices in Edmundston are currently closed due to a power outage. This outage is also affecting the phone system, which is not operational at the moment. The offices will remain closed until noon, and the situation will be reassessed at 12:00 p.m., depending on whether power is restored. In the meantime, clients wishing to contact Public Health may call the Grand Falls office at 506-475-2441.
• The phlebotomy (blood collection) service at the St. Joseph Community Health Centre in Dalhousie is closed today, Monday, December 29, due to a staff shortage. The service is expected to reopen tomorrow, Tuesday, December 30, 2025, following its regular schedule. Individuals who require blood work today may go to the Campbellton Regional Hospital, where the phlebotomy service is open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
