Vitalité Health Network has adopted a continuous improvement approach to support its efforts in this area, focusing on three major directions: employee experience, patient experience, and building closer ties with communities.
In a context of transformation, improvement projects are being carried out with teams in the field to review our practices, improve our processes and make decisions that will shape the future.
The organization is focusing on ongoing projects that address a variety of issues, including recruitment and hiring, as well as patient flow and waiting list management, while taking into account identified needs, the urgency of action and anticipated repercussions. They also align with our strategic priorities, namely improving access to primary health care and improving patient flow and hospital performance.
