Call for interest - rental spaces

Clinical spaces and health services – New Brunswick

Vitalité Health Network invites property owners and real estate developers to submit an expression of interest for the availability of rental spaces suitable for delivering clinical and health services across the areas served by the network.  

The spaces sought are generally between 5,000 and 15,000 square feet, preferably contiguous and located on a single level. They must comply with, or be adaptable to, applicable health care,
accessibility, and safety standards.

Short-term needs are anticipated in certain regions of New Brunswick: Northwest, Restigouche, Bathurst, the Acadian Peninsula, and Moncton.
