Quick access - Addiction and Mental Health Services for Adults, Youth and Children
Mental health is as important as physical health. Don’t suffer in silence—It’s okay to ask for help when you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, or any other mental health concern.
You can access these services anytime, with or without an appointment, without having to be placed on a waiting list. These services are availablefor people of all ages. You do not need a professional referral for this open access counselling service. From there, you and your counsellor will determine the best next step for you.
Our teams of trained professionals offer:
- Open access “One-at-a-Time” therapy
- Individual and group therapy
- Substance use and gambling support
- Mental wellness education and resources
- Specialized treatment programs and services
